Using methods suited to your personal parenting style and approach, I offer you non-judgemental support and advice to guide your infant to better sleep.
I want to guide you away from sleep deprivation caused by split nights, frequent night wakes, early morning rises and bedtime battles.
My ultimate goal is to develop your confidence with your infant’s sleep, to continue past my support on your parenting journey.
My approach
My approach to supporting you and your infant’s sleep journey is personal to you and your infant. I support families using a range of responsive methods, aligning them with the specific infant, their parents and the family’s needs and goals. I do not use the extinction method (cry it out).
I acknowledge and wholly believe that what works for one family will not work for another. If one family wants a more gentle and slow method, whilst another desires a faster more traditional sleep training method, I do not judge and I will support. I can see the benefits to both, and I feel an important part of working with families is to understand this.
