The process

Step 1: Free Introduction Call

This is an no obligation introduction call so you can briefly tell me about your infants sleep challenges and what support you are looking for. You can hear about my packages and approach.

This call is not for obtaining sleep advice.

I will not ask you to sign up to anything on this call.

Step 2: Pick and book a package above

All my packages are suitable for infant’s 0 -7 years old. If you have a newborn (under 4 months) we can discuss in an introduction call the sleep expectations for this age and what is suitable (no sleep training). Support with babies usually starts after the 4 month regression is clear, at about 5 months onwards.

Once you have booked your package, I will send you a link to complete an in depth sleep assessment questionnaire and information on how to log sleep for a number of days.

Step 3: Consultation

I will analyse the information gathered and prepare a draft plan which I will talk through with you on a 60 minute video or phone consultation.

Following the consultation, I will send you a custom plan created for your infant.

With the Dreamy package the package ends here (support can be bolted on for £75 per week).

Step 4: Support (if selected)

If you have purchased support this will start once you have received the sleep plan. The support varies by the packages you have selected, but can be bolted on if not initially selected.

Daily support is via the BabyConnect app or WhatsApp.

Daily Support is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30am - 5pm (excluding 2.30 - 4pm). I will reply at my earliest convenience, usually within 2 hours but most likely quicker. Outside of these hours including the evenings and weekends, I may reply, but it is not guaranteed. The exception is when I have agreed with you to be available at a specific time, such as the first evening of sleep training. This is agreed at my discretion.
