“We worked with Alex to try and get help with two main areas of my son’s sleep. Firstly, to reduce the number of night feeds and secondly to try to get him to nap in his cot during the day. Alex provided us with some helpful techniques to help us to gently break his strong feed to sleep association whilst minimising any upset. In a week or so, this enabled me to be able to put him down for some naps in his cot during the day which I had never been able to do before. We also started to see an improvement in his overall sleep at night too. Alex was also on hand to answer questions and offer advice which was really reassuring”.

“At 6 months, my little one was waking anywhere between 4 and 6 times in the night, and never doing longer than a 35 min nap during the day. After an initial consultation and advice from Alex, with a few gentle changes over the course of a week, his sleep drastically improved. He went down to 2 wakes a night and started doing long naps. I couldn't believe it could really be that easy. I never had to leave him to cry, or stay at home all day, and yet the change was incredible. I kept in contact with Alex for several weeks afterwards and she helped support with any questions I had and also the transition into a cot in his own room which we've now successfully completed.
I had used online sleep plans with my daughter and they typically want you to change everything in one go, but despite the hard work we never really saw any benefit with her. This time around, getting personalised advice and making small changes really worked. And I can't believe I now have a "good" sleeper! Thank you Alex”

“I contacted Alex after my 11 month old stopped sleeping. I left it for 3 months of trying to settle him myself and in that time he had become completely reliant on me to get him to sleep. There were more nighttime wakes than I could count and the sleep deprivation and stress in the house was unbearable! Alex suggested a really good strategy to help him self settle whilst being able to comfort and reassure him and gave me a management plan which helped a lot knowing I had plan in place. Alex did a full assessment of my son based on a record of his timings and habits and gave me enlightening information as to his nap timings! I had been working off an online sleep plan previously that worked so well for my eldest that I just expected my younger son to do the same but his sleep requirements are very different. Alex’s plan was perfectly tailored to him rather than a generic approach that didn’t fit. I was amazed at how quickly my son’s sleep habit changed. The whole family are relieved and we’ve been able to enjoy this period of time with our son now rather than just feel stressed about the situation. “Alex helped me with second son who has always been hard work with sleep. We had done some sleep training with him when he was 8 months to reduce his wakes to two night feeds and getting better at sleeping in at the morning. Alex’s approach was friendly with no judgement. She talked us through her suggestions and explained the reasoning for this. We discussed when I would start the first changes. After the first night Alex checked in with me which she continued to do daily. This was helpful as it meant I could check with her decisions we were making in the day such as nap length. Within a week we were seeing improvements with my son reducing his feeds. We then started to have one or two nights where he would just wake for one feed. Some final tweaks with naps helped push the early waking as well. Overall we were happy with the improvements.”
